Psalms 12:6-7 "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."

1 Thessalonians 2:13 "For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe."

1. Save Us

In the 21st century we have here our situation perfectly described by the prophet of God in the book of Isaiah.

Isaiah 59:10: “We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noonday as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men.”

We are in trouble!

We are in a most desperate situation!

Blind are we to the impending worldwide judgment of God hanging over the inhabitants of this earth: “O LORD, thou hast ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, thou hast established them for correction.” [Habakkuk 1:12]

If people ever come to their senses [their right mind] they will pray this prayer which is located in the book of First Chronicles, chapter sixteen, verse thirty-five: “And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks to thy holy name, and glory in thy praise.” [1 Chronicles 16:35]

Save us!

There is something you need to see here while you are traveling.

This prayer is not just for the people of Israel, it is every bit for us too… living today!

We who live in the 21st century need to cry out, Save us, O God of our salvation, for we are in a very bad way, even well nigh to being dropped into the pit of HELL like the Assyrian [the DEVIL] [Ezekiel 31:16].

For before sin came into this world, we [and this includes all of us] were meant to give thanks and to praise God’s holy name.

Therefore, we need to get saved!

The only one that can save us is Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12: “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
