The Most Beautiful Woman!

Old Paths Baptist Mission © 2011 Richard St.James

Are you ready for the answer to our question of who is the most beautiful woman in the world.?

Are you ready???

The Identification Of The Most Beautiful Woman

Most Beautiful WomanThe identification of her will be first made, and then we will find the description of her. The clear and exact identification is found in I Peter 1:6; "Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are."

This is her identity. She is a daughter of Sarah. She is the daughter that comes by faith (being justified by faith. See Romans 5:1). Look for yourselves and see how she is described in Proverbs 31:10-31. "Who can find a virtuous woman?"

Look at her. There she is ... the most beautiful woman ... is a virtuous woman, and look at her price, "for her price is far above rubies."

Now how can this be? If the price of a virtuous woman is far above rubies then, who could be found to pay for her?

Well, I will tell you who could pay for her. Jesus Christ paid for her! (Get excited, and whoop and holler around the room). With what did He pay for her? This virtuous woman was redeemed "with the precious blood of Christ" (I Peter 1:19).

This virtuous woman has been declared righteous by "the righteousness" of another (Romans 5:18). Amen! Amen!

This daughter of Sarah has been "quickened" (Ephesians 2:1) or "born again" (John 3:3-7) by the Spirit. She has been “purified”! "Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren." (I Peter 1:22)

The Description Of The Most Beautiful Woman

Let us look at the description, of how the most beautiful woman is described by God:

She is a crown to her husband. "A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband"(Proverbs 12:4).

She is the safe repository for the heart of her husband. "The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil" (verse 11).

She always builds up (or promotes) her husband. "She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life" (verse 12). "Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land" (verse 23).

She works hard with her hands (industrious) for her family. "She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens" (verse 13-15). "She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff" (verse 19) (There will not be much opportunity here for long painted fingernails!!!) "She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates" (verse 27, 31).

She is market wise. "She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard" (verse 16). "She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night" (verse 18). "She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant" (verse 22, 24).

She is a giving person (hospitable). "She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy" (verse 20).

She is an achiever of noble goals in the face of opposition. "She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet" (verse 21).

There she is! The most beautiful woman is a Bible believing woman who has been bought "with the precious blood of Christ" and declared righteous by "the righteousness" of Jesus Christ THE SON OF GOD ... Who has "quickened" her by the Spirit ..."born again" ... “purified”!
