Psalms 12:6-7 "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."
1 Thessalonians 2:13 "For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe."

Preface
Now, if we are alive, and on this earth, it can be said of us that we are on a journey.
This journey has a beginning somewhere and this journey will end up somewhere.
We all leave our home and go on a long journey.
Therefore, we are like “the goodman” who is found in the book of the Proverbs of God’s BIBLE:
“For the goodman is not at home, he is gone a long journey:” [Proverbs 7:19]
Now, something else: a journey involves traveling. If we are on a journey then we are traveling.
Therefore, we are all travelers!
It gets even better than this, or maybe I should say, it gets even worse than this.
While we are all traveling on the road as the travelers in this life we accumulate all the baggage of this life. This baggage we encounter is called trouble.
Now here is a fact of life.
We are born into trouble.
Is there Scripture for this? Here it is: “Yet man is born unto trouble, as the sparks fly upward.” [Job 5:7]
Trouble is here all around us! Lock in to reality.
A reasonable person will acknowledge it: Trouble is here, and it comes to all of us from all directions everywhere throughout all the millennia of time.
This is the plain, unvarnished truth for us in the 21st century!
Do you doubt me?
Well, look around you … and see the sparks flying upward.
Conclusion:
Our lives are filled with trouble.
Do you want more than this?
Then, how about this: Let’s expand a little further on this [this truth of trouble in our lives?
Now, ponder and mull over this one: “Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble.” [Job 14:1] Are we getting close to home?
Notice—not only are our lives filled with trouble but we have just a few days to live our lives till it’s all over with then, boom, we are gone!
It is for us, as the BIBLE says it is for us.
It says in the book of Ecclesiastes, chapter three, verse two: “A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;” [Ecclesiastes 3:2].
In the interim … we travel.
So now, we are traveling, and while we are traveling, we are traveling with the troubles of this life.
There is something else to be made known to us.
We have been also downgraded in value [in our worth].
Specifically we have all been appraised by this old world we live in [and by the Devil himself who is the god of this world –2 Corinthians 4:4] as so much chattel, [as just merchandise] and not as persons.
Do you doubt me?
Just see it for yourself.
This appraisal of men is discovered in God’s BOOK.
And where in God’s BOOK?
It is located in the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ: Revelation, chapter eighteen, verse thirteen.
Here is the world’s opinion … as to what is to be included in the world’s marketplace as merchandise: “And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.” [Revelation 18:13]
The “souls of men” = merchandise.
You are just MERCHANDISE!
The DEVIL has low-balled us!
We have certainly reached the day when men are valued [or appraised] as nothing more than “merchandise” [Revelation 18:12] or as a commodity to be traded in the marketplace of the Devil’s utopian, socialistic, one-world order.
We are here identified as the souls of men in this verse [Revelation 18:13].
The souls of men have indeed become merchandise in these last days [2 Timothy 3:1]. We have become the mere slaves to a Gentile-contrived Satanist, globalist new order.
Well, we have come a long, long way, and the world is rushing on.
Each and every one of us, is moving on. We are traveling. Every one of us is traveling to somewhere.
But on the bright side, God has placed a different value on us. “Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.” [Matthew 10:31] To GOD we are not merchandise, we are worth dying for: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” [John 3:16]
