1 Thessalonians 2:13 "For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe."

			4. The Restitution of All Things
			- The Rest [the seventh day]

			“But, beloved, be
not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a
thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”
			 [2 Peter 3:8]

			Rooted in the
			creation week
			are
			days, with each
			day
			denoting
			“a
			thousand years”,
			and the
			aggregate of the seven
			days
pointing to a seven-thousand-year period of measured
			time.

			The first six
			days [or six millenniums]
			have been with man’s
			government!

			The seventh
			day [The
			Millennium]
			will be
			with
			God’s

			“government”!

			“For unto us a
child is born, unto us a son is given: and the

			government
shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful,
Counseller, The mighty God, the everlasting Father, The Prince of
			Peace.  Of the increase
			of his

			government and peace there
shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to
order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from
henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform
			this.”
			[Isaiah 9:6-7]
			“And it shall come to
pass in that day [The Millennium],
			saith the Lord,” [Micah 5:10],
			What is coming to this
world in the near future is
			directly
			related to
			WHO
is coming to this world in the near future.
			    What
men can see now … is not what men will see in that day.
Whenever we see in the Bible this statement:
			“And it shall
			come to pass

			in that day,
			saith the Lord,”
[Micah 5:10], be ready for the
			“sea
			change”.

			What is a
			SEA CHANGE?

Now, imagine you are seeing a vast desert before you, and in a
			moment of time …
in the twinkling of an eye … a vast sea appears before your eyes.
This transformation is known as a
			SEA CHANGE! [Sea
			change =
a marked change: a radical transformation]

			Here is the
			SEA CHANGE
			that is coming!
			What a man sees
now … will soon pass away.
And what no man sees now …
			will
soon appear before his naked eye.
			Any man can
			now
see the invisible things to come, by the Spirit of God, who will
reveal these invisible things to come, if that man has
			been
			supernaturally
			“born
			again”,
and given that supernatural sight to see those
things, which will soon be made visible. [John 3:3, 16:13-14]

			This
supernatural spiritual sight will see into the mysteries
			of the
			“deep things of God”:
			“But we
speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which
God ordained before the world unto our glory:” [1
			Corinthians 2:7].
			The
“deep things of God”, i.e., the Millennial Kingdom of Heaven are
			revealed
			by promise
to the believer in Jesus Christ in verse nine
and ten, [which see for this truth]:
			“But as
it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have
entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared
			for them that love him.
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit
searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.”
			[1 Corinthians 2:9-10]

The really important thing to understand here is that things that
			are
			different … are
			things that
			are not the same.
			This
“present time” [this dispensation – the Church] is different
			from “the world to come”,

			i.e., the Millennium [a different
			dispensation].  Jesus
Christ made this demarcation in the dispensations in the book of Luke in chapter eighteen:

“Who shall not receive manifold more in this
present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.” [Luke 18:30]

“That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather
together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and
which are on earth; even in him:”
			[Ephesians 1:10].

There is a new world coming, [“in the world to come”]

and this new world is not to be confused with
			the
			renovation of this earth in
the transition from measured time into
eternity, which thing will occur after the
			one-thousand-year Kingdom of Heaven.

After the seventh Millennium is complete, there will be
“the day of God”, when this earth will be totally
			“dissolved”
			by fire.

Now, note this; this all is according to the book of the Second
			Epistle of Peter.  The

			proof text is in
chapter three, verses twelve and thirteen:
			“Looking
for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the
heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall
			melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and
a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.”
			[2 Peter 3:12-13]
Now from the book of Revelation, we read: “And I saw a new
heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth
were passed away; and there was no more sea.”
			[Revelation 21:1]

			Remember this:
two things that are different … are
things that are not the same!

There is a new world coming [“in the world to come”]

			… a

			beautiful world, and it comes
			only
			when
Jesus Christ comes to this world.

			The
			“presence of God” will
			change everything.
It will be as the BOOK says it is:  “As
smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the
fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.” [Psalm 68:2]
			This shows us that the

			“presence of God” will
			upset the apple cart
			of the whole earth.
			Amen!  When the
			apple cart is
			flipped the effect is this:
“The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at
the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of
God, the God of Israel.” [Psalm 68:8]

			All the
messengers of God [Haggai 1:13], all the
			prophets of God,
and all the words of God are pointing to the most important event that
will ever occur to this earth [ever since the creation].
			This event is
“the presence of God” in the

			millennial dispensation of a
			GOVERNMENT
			established by the SON of
			GOD

			… JESUS
			CHRIST
			…
			when
every knee shall bow to HIM,
			as

			SCRIPTURE says it
will happen, in the book of Isaiah: “I
have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in
righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall
			bow, every tongue shall swear.”

Here is one of the basic truths of life.

Men will have to do with WHOM they will have to do.

			 “Neither
is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all
things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have
			to do.”
			[Hebrews 4:13]

			Heretofore, all the
			messengers of God, all the
			prophets of God,
and all the words of God
			“cried
			out” [Zechariah 7:7, 13] the
			message of the
Kingdom of Heaven [the 2nd Advent of Jesus Christ], in no uncertain
terms, first to Israel, and then to all the world, to all men
everywhere, by the time of the 1st Advent of Jesus
			Christ.

			“And saying, Repent ye: for

			the kingdom of heaven
			is at hand.”
			[Matthew 3:2]

“Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is

the kingdom of heaven.” [Matthew 5:3]

“And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west,
and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in

			the
			kingdom of heaven.” [Matthew 8:11]

“And I will give unto thee the keys of

			the kingdom of heaven:
and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven:
and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” [Matthew 16:19]

“And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become
as little children, ye shall not enter into

the kingdom of heaven.” [Matthew 18:3]
