The Five Fallen Kings in the Revelation of Jesus Christ, Or Called The Stone Effect
Psalms 12:6-7 "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."
1 Thessalonians 2:13 "For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe."

5. With Five Fallen Kings
So for John to see that these five kings in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, verse ten, were already fallen [past tense] meant he was looking back in the spirit from a time that is still future … even future to us who are alive on this earth today.
To say it another way, John is seeing the things that will occur two thousand years into the future from where his fleshly body walked this earth – on the isle Patmos.
“I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.” [Revelation 1:9]
The First King
The first “fallen” king, related to the woman shown here in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, is identified as Constantine the Great.
Constantine the Great [or in Latin: Flavius Valerius Aurelius Constantinus Augustus], was born 27 February 272 A.D., and he died 22 May 337 A.D.).
He also was known as Constantine I, or Saint Constantine, in the Orthodox Church, or as Saint Constantine the Great, known as Equal to the-Apostles, and was a Roman Emperor of Illyrian origin from 306 to 337 A.D..
In the process of time the Devil gave Constantine a vision.
In this vision he was shown a particular kingdom he could have if he would align with a certain woman.
Subsequently, Constantine was moved with desire to be the king over this kingdom.
Thus, Constantine came under the spell of the woman who is “the great whore that sitteth upon many waters” [Revelation 17:1].
Constantine was “made drunk with the wine of her fornication.” [Revelation 17:2]
Now, Satan is “the god of this world”, and he controls the kingdoms of this world [2 Corinthians 4:4].
The Scripture, according to the Gospel of Luke, chapter four, verse five, clearly tells you this:
“And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.” [Luke 4:5]
Do you have it now?
It is as clear as a bell.
Subsequently, Constantine sold his soul to the Devil by his acceptance of this offer of the Devil to make him a king over a kingdom of this world.
“For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” [Matthew 16:26]
Constantine thus fell into this pit of selling his soul to the Devil for a little pottage.
He is the first of the five “fallen” kings in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, verse ten.
The Second King
The second “fallen” king, related to the woman shown in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, is identified as Charlemagne, or Charles the Great.
He was born 2 April 742, and he died 28 January 814.
Charlemagne also came under the spell of the woman who is none other but “the great whore that sitteth upon many waters” [Revelation 17:1].
Ditto - Charlemagne was “made drunk with the wine of her fornication” [Revelation 17:2].
In the process of time the Devil gave Charlemagne a vision.
In this vision he was shown a particular kingdom he could have if he would align with a certain woman.
Subsequently, Charlemagne was moved with desire to be the king over this kingdom.
Thus, Charlemagne came under the spell of the woman who is “the great whore that sitteth upon many waters” [Revelation 17:1].
On Christmas Day in the year 800 A.D. Charlemagne, king of the Franks and part of the Carolingian line, was crowned Holy Roman Emperor by Pope Leo III (795-816).
The coronation took place during mass at the Basilica of St. Peter in Rome; immediately following the coronation, the acclamation of the people of Rome was heard: “To Charles, the most pious Augustus, crowned by God, the great and peace-giving Emperor, life and victory.”
After this proclamation was made three times, the king “was adored by the pope in the manner of ancient princes; and, the title of patricius being dropped, he was called emperor and Augustus.”
The coronation of Charlemagne created the Holy Roman Empire, which endured until 1806.
According to James Bryce, the coronation warrants the classification of the most important occurrence of the Middle Ages. Bryce also views the event as exceptional in that if the ceremony had not taken place, “the history of the world would have been different.”
“For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” [Matthew 16:26]
Charlemagne likewise, fell into this pit of selling himself to the Devil for a little pottage.
He is the second of the “fallen” kings in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, verse ten.
The Third King
The third “fallen” king who is related to the woman shown in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, is here identified as Napoleon or Emperor Napoleon.
Napoléon Bonaparte was born 15 August 1769, and he died 5 May 1821.
Napoleon was a French statesman and military leader who rose to prominence during the French Revolution and led several successful campaigns during the French Revolutionary Wars.
As Napoleon, he was Emperor of the French from 1804 until 1814, and again briefly in 1815 during the Hundred Days. Napoleon dominated European and global affairs for more than a decade while leading France against a series of coalitions in the Napoleonic Wars.
Napoleon came under the control of the woman who is “the great whore that sitteth upon many waters” [Revelation 17:1].
Napoleon was “made drunk with the wine of her fornication” [Revelation 17:2].
In the process of time the Devil gave Napoleon a vision.
In this vision
he was shown a particular kingdom he could have if he would align with a
certain woman.
Subsequently, Napoleon was moved with desire to be the king over this
kingdom.
Thus, Napoleon came under the spell of the woman who is “the great whore
that sitteth upon many waters” [Revelation 17:1].
Here is the scene: Napoleon was clothed in a long white satin tunic embroidered with gold threads along with his wife [Josephine].
“During the coronation he was formally clothed in a heavy coronation mantle, made from crimson velvet and lined with ermine; the velvet was covered with embroidered golden bees, drawn from the golden bees among the regalia that had been discovered in the Merovingian tomb of Childeric I, a symbol that looked beyond the Bourbon past and linked the new dynasty with the ancient Merovingians; the bee replaced the fleur-de-lis on imperial tapestries and garments. The mantle weighed at least eighty pounds and was supported by four dignitaries.”
Let’s continue: “There were two orchestras with four choruses, numerous military bands playing heroic marches, and over three hundred musicians. A 400-voice choir performed Paseíllo’s "Mass" and "Te Deum".
Because the traditional royal crown had been destroyed during the French Revolution, the so-called Crown of Napoleon, made to look medieval and called the "crown of Charlemagne" for the occasion was waiting on the altar. While the crown was new, the scepter was reputed to have belonged to Charles V and the sword to Philip III.
Then, the ceremony commenced at 9 a.m. and when the Papal procession then set out from the Tuileries. This procession was led by a bishop on a mule holding aloft the Papal crucifix.
Next the Pope entered Notre Dame to the anthem “Tu es Petrus” and his took his seat on a throne near the high altar.
Then came Napoleon's and Josephine’s carriage drawn by eight bay horses and were escorted by the grenadiers “à cheval” and the gendarmes “d'élite”.” [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronation_of _Napoleon]
It is to be noted, however, that the two-part ceremony was held at different ends of Notre Dame to give the illusion of the separation of the religious and the secular states.
“An unmanned balloon, ablaze with three thousand lights in an imperial crown pattern, was launched from the front of Notre Dame during the celebration.” [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronation_of _Napoleon]
“For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” [Matthew 16:26]
Napoleon, likewise, fell into the pit, selling himself to the Devil for a little pottage just like the other two fallen kings who went before him.
He is the third of the “fallen” kings to be identified in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, verse ten.
The Fourth King
The fourth “fallen” king who is related to the woman shown in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, is here identified as Benito Mussolini or Il Duce Mussolini.
Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini [beˈnito mussoˈlini] was born on the 29th day of July, 1883, and died on the 28th day of April, 1945.)
He was an Italian politician and journalist who was the leader of the National Fascist Party (“Partito Nazionale Fascista”, PNF).
He ruled Italy as Prime Minister from 1922 to 1943 – constitutionally until 1925, when he dropped the pretense of democracy and established a dictatorship.
Known as Il Duce ("The Leader"), Mussolini was the founder of Italian Fascism. Mussolini, as dictator was powerful enough to suppress the holy mother Catholic Church, yet all the while he was controlled by the unseen powers.
In the process of time the Devil gave Benito Mussolini a vision. In this vision he was shown a particular kingdom he could have if he would align with a certain woman.
Subsequently, Benito Mussolini was moved with desire to be the king over this kingdom. How great was his desire? Benito salivated with great, great desire.
He drooled!
Thus, Mussolini came under the spell of the woman who is “the great whore that sitteth upon many waters” [Revelation 17:1].
Decision time had come.
So he decided to enshrine the holy mother Catholic Church as Italy's only religion.
There: now he did it!!!
Thus, it can be said that Benito Mussolini came under the control of the woman.
As it was with the three fallen kings before him, Il Duce, “The Leader,” was “made drunk with the wine of her fornication” [Revelation 17:2].
Mussolini stated, "We recognize the pre-eminent place the Catholic Church holds in the religious life of the Italian people, which is perfectly natural in a Catholic country such as ours, and under a Fascist regime.”
This marriage between the Catholic Church and Fascism was in fulfillment of the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen.
The Fifth King
The fifth “fallen” king who is related to the woman shown in the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen, is here identified as Adolf Hitler, or the Führer.
Adolf Hitler was born on the 20th day of April, 1889, and he died on the 30th day of April, 1945.
He was a German politician who was the leader of the Nazi Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei - NSDAP).
Hitler was Chancellor of Germany from 1933 to 1945, and the Führer ("Leader") of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945.
In the process of time the Devil gave Hitler a vision. In this vision he was shown a particular kingdom he could have if he would align with a certain woman.
Subsequently, Adolf Hitler was moved with desire to be the king over this kingdom.
Thus, Hitler came under the spell of the woman who is “the great whore that sitteth upon many waters” [Revelation 17:1].
Here, following is the particulars of the deal he made in exchange for his soul.
The “Reichskonkordat”, or Concordant, between the Holy See and the German Reich was a treaty negotiated between the Catholic Church and the fascist Nazi Germany.
The deal was signed on the 20th of July, 1933, by the Cardinal Secretary of State, Eugenio Pacelli, who later became Pope Pius XII, on behalf of Pope Pius XI, and Vice Chancellor Franz von Papen on behalf of President Paul von Hindenburg and the German government.
This was a deal made in HELL.
Adolf Hitler blew it!
His goose was now cooked.
He was now undone!
“For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” [Matthew 16:26]
These five men have now been identified as the five fallen kings mentioned in the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ. They all fell because of the stone effect.
1. Constantine the Great
2. Charlemagne
3. Napoléon Bonaparte
4. Benito Mussolini
5. Adolf Hitler
Outside of these five men no one else is qualified to make it in the list.
Why?
Because the context of the book of Revelation, chapter seventeen demands that each king be related to “a woman”.
This woman is seen to be sitting “upon many waters”.
The “many waters” “are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.” [Revelation 17:15]
We have learned that “the woman” “is that great city”.
The “great city” is the city of Rome.
In Rome is the great CHURCH.
Two more kings are coming.
The “one is” [the sixth king] is soon to show up.
Lastly, the seventh king will come after him.
This will all surely come to pass!!!
We thus will close here in the book of Revelation, and read for the last time, chapter seventeen, verse ten: “And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.”
To summarize:
From the Apostle John’s perspective, [from where he was on the isle of Patmos in his day, 90 A.D., and was looking forward to a future time, to a place to where he was transported “in the spirit” [Revelation 4:1-2], which time is beyond our time in 2018 A.D., five were already fallen [past tense], the sixth one “is” [present tense] and “the other” [the seventh one] is yet to come [future tense].
Who the sixth and seventh kings are … is still yet to be revealed to us.
But we do know this much, these two kings will show up, because the BOOK says they will!!!
Amen!
For me, I want to approach THE BOOK, as a child, with a trusting heart and walk through faith.
I want to line out with that BOOK!
I want this to be said of me, as also was said of the believers at Thessalonica:
“For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God which effectually worketh also in you that believe.” [I Thessalonians 2:13].
What about you?
Do you believe the BIBLE!
Revelation 22:20: “He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.”
